Costa Rica will advance the national cuisine for tourists |

Minister of Tourism of Costa Rica, Allan Flores presented a new plan, using the famous national dishes of Costa Rica to bring into the country of foreign tourists. The plan calls for a shift in the predominant use of native Costa Rican dishes in the menu of restaurants and hotels in Costa Rica. It is believed, that the Costa Rican cuisine, combining native Spanish and Indian culinary traditions, is able to find many adherents among tourists from all over the world.
