The visa regime in the resorts of Hainan Island is for the foreigners one of the toughest in the world |

As we reported on our website- on Monday, June 27, 2011 The Government of India significantly increased duration of
tourist and business visas for Russian citizens, and yesterday, on June 28, 2011, the Government of the UAE
(United Arab Emirates)
announced, that
foreigners, who bought property in the UAE can easily get a UAE visas for three years.
It should be noted, that although in Hainan visa-free entry for citizens of the Russian Federation, South Korea and
Germany is for a period of 21 days and for
23 nationals of other countries is for 15 days, however, reviews of foreign tourists, this is a very short period,
it is necessary
visa-free entry to Hainan at least three months, as well as the granting of visas to foreigners, who buy real estate on
Hainan Island -at least a year. As you know, even if a foreigner buys property in millions of U.S. dollars on Hainan Island-
this
will not help him get a visa in China (Hainan), he will get Chinese visa for a maximum of three months, and usually-
one-month visa.
So now it is expected, that the UAE would be taken away from Hainan Island a potential investors,
wanting to buy real estate in the tropics, on the coast. It is unclear- why there is such a tough visa regime on
Hainan Island, which deters many foreign tourists from visiting the resorts of Hainan Island.
Now, from the June 27, 2011 foreign tourists will be prefer to go relax and buy real estate in
resorts of India and the UAE, than
in the resorts of Hainan Island.

Hainan Island is visited by 22,359
tourists visa-free in the first decade of July
By July 10, 2010, Hainan
Island was visited by 1,096 non-visa tour groups , only 22,359 tourists ,
according to official rules the government of Hainan
Island . In the first half of 2010 the number of visa-free foreign tourists
totaled 316,000 persons.Once again we remind visitors that it is now without a
visa to visit the island of Hainan can not only citizens of Russia but also
Ukraine and Kazakhstan,Finland, only 26 countries have
the right to visa-free entry. These 27 countries are: Australia, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Korea, The Philippines, Indonesia, Germany, Austria, Italia, Russia, Switzerland, Sweden, Spain, Netherlands, U.S.A., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and France. But it should be borne in mind that the period of
visa-free stay on the island of Hainan is 15 days, but for tourists from Germany, Korea and Russia visa-free stay is 21 days, in
addition, those who are going to visit Hainan without visas, must enter the
island with a group of at least 2 people. (

Government of China will
provide financial and administrative support to the province of Hainan in order
to enhance transparency , the introduction of simplified procedures for entry
into the Haynan island. Previously, citizens of 21
countries eligible for visa-free entry to Haynan province,
and is currently in the list of these countries also included Denmark,
Kazakhstan, Norway, Finland and Ukraine. Also extended the stay to 21 days . The
Chinese Government will support Haynan in the opening of its subsidiaries on
tourism worldwide. |
