Vasili Pronin, head of the consular department of the Russian Embassy in New Delhi, India, said, that Russian citizens will soon be able to get a visa to India directly upon arrival in most international airports in India. Currently, Indian Visas can receive in four airports in India: New Delhi, Calcutta, Mumbai and Chennai, but soon it will be possible to receive a Indian visas in 15 airports in India, including in the state of Goa.
