Pipistrel company from Slovenia won the grand prize of Green Flight Challenge – the 1,35 million dollars for the creation of the most environmentally aircraft Taurus G4. Green Flight Challenge contest was established by NASA and the CAFE (Comparative Aircraft Flight Efficiency) to encourage inventors to create environmentally friendly modes of air transport. Taurus G4 is capable of transporting four passengers to a distance of 402 km at a cruising speed of 160 km / h.
