E. coli live in refrigerators |

Specialists from Microban Europe conducted a study of the presence of pathogenic bacteria in household refrigerators. Based on the study of microflora of 30 domestic refrigerators revealed the presence of a large number of variety of microorganisms, which is 750 times greater, than the allowed limit. In some cases, have been found harmful bacteria such as E. coli, listeria and salmonella. It was established, that the microclimate and nutrient medium inside the refrigerator is quite favorable for a large number of microorganisms, so experts from Microban Europe advise as often as possible and thoroughly wash the internal compartments of refrigerators.
