Lithuanian swimmer will set a new record |

According to the newspaper Lietuvos zinios - the Lithuanian swimmer Vidmantas Urbonas on February 16, 2012 will set a new record, if he
will swim the Large Lake in the Australian state of Tasmania. Vidmantas Urbonas set world records for
far-swim, before he crossed Lake Titicaca, and Yellowstone Lake Baikal, and in 2007 he first crossed the Baltic
Sea. New swim will be held with the support of former Lithuanian President - the Valdas Adamkus, the athlete has to overcome the
Large Lake of 28 km long with a water temperature of 10 degrees, no less than nine hours. Vidmantas Urbonas motto is "Water - is a
life".
