"Owl" regime threatens for the slimness of the body
A team of scientists from the University of South Australia under the leadership of Carol Meher conducted studies of the correlation between the regime of the day and the presence of excess weight among 2200 Australian schoolchildren aged from 9 to 16 years, during which it was found, that those children, which go to bed late and later arise, are more obese than their peers, which go to bed earlier and get up earlier.
