Argentina and Uruguay renew the Railroad service

President of Argentina and President of Uruguay announced a few days ago about the resumption of rail service between Argentina and Uruguay, which was interrupted for almost 30 years ago. Reportedly, the new railway will connect the city of Salto in Uruguay with the city of Concordia in Argentina. The opening of Railroad between Argentina and Uruguay, is scheduled on August 29, 2011.
