"Gazprom" - 51%;

E.ON (Germany) - 10%;

BASF / Wintershall (Germany) - 10%;

Shell (UK, Netherlands) - 10%;

OMV (Austria) - 10%;

ENGIE (France) - 9%.

And, perhaps most importantly, construction of the "Nord Stream - 2", in contrast to the "Turkish" and ordered to live long, "the South" does not require the harmonization of the European Commission. "It is necessary that this consortium then sent an application to the German agency network to connect to the infrastructure," - said Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak.
