Price statistics, income and expenses in Hainan Province, China in 2020

In the first three quarters of 2020, the province's consumer prices (CPI) rose 3.4% year-on-year, while the growth rate fell 1.2 percentage points from the first half. Eight categories of consumer goods and services showed a six-ups and two-downs pattern. Food, tobacco and alcohol increased by 11.3%, other goods and services - by 4.0%, education, culture and entertainment - by 2.1%, clothing - by 1.7%, healthcare - by 0.4 %, basic necessities and services - by 0.3%, housing - by 2.1%, transport and communication costs fell by 4.8%.

 

In the first three quarters of 2020, the factory price of industrial producers fell by 6.1%, and the purchase price of industrial producers fell by 7.0%.

 

In the first three quarters, the per capita disposable income of urban residents in the province was 27,538 yuan, a nominal growth of 2.4%, and the growth rate was 1.4 percentage points higher than in the first half of the year; the rural disposable income per capita was 12,177 yuan, a nominal increase of 5.0%, and the growth rate was higher than in the first half. 2.9 percentage points.

 

In the first three quarters, the provincial general state budget expenditure was 135.902 billion yuan. The budgetary expenditure on livelihoods amounted to 102.764 billion yuan, an increase of 7.0% over the same period last year, up 8.6% over the first half; including spending on education increased by 3.9%, spending on social security and employment increased by 14.9%, spending on health care increased by 3.8%, spending on agriculture, forestry and water supply - by 29.2 %.
