According to meteorological stations, the typhoon HAIKUI is moving to Vietnam, away from Sanya, Hainan Island, China, but
will cause periodic rains over the cities of the island within the next few days until November 13, 2017 with wind up to 75
kilometers per hour, now the typhoon turned 150 kilometers to the south and moves towards the island of Hainan and is
