The new typhoon moves to Hainan Island, China along a very unusual trajectory - on September 2, 2019 at noon, it will first reach Hainan Island in the area of Wangning City, while periodic rains and gusts of wind will also be observed in Haikou.
Then in the evening of September 2, 2019, the typhoon will pass the city of Sanya, causing rains and gusts of wind up to 15 meters per second and heading towards Vietnam, but before reaching Danang about 50 kilometers in the morning of September 3, 2019 and lingering along the coast of Vietnam all day, in the evening the typhoon will intensify and head back to Hainan, making a loop.
For the second time, this typhoon will visit Sanya in the evening of September 4, 2019, and then, along the eastern coast of Hainan, the storm will head towards Macau, Hong Kong and Guangzhou, causing rains and gusts of wind up to 15 meters per second in Haikou on the evening of September 5, 2019.
