Typhoon DUJUAN today showed wind speeds of 65 km per hour, so DUJUAN is only a low-power tropical storm, with a strength well below the typhoon level.

The epicenter of tropical storm DUJUAN is not expected to travel 550 kilometers to Sanya City, Hainan Island, China and become a tropical depression that could cause periodic rainfall on Hainan Island.
