Hainan, China and Australia signed five agreements on cooperation related to tourism, technology, culture and education
Yesterday, a large-scale joint conference of Chinese entrepreneurs and more than 50 Australian entrepreneurs from the fields of tourism, culture, sports, finance, commerce, medical services and legal services was held in Haikou on the island of Hainan.
At this conference, Vice Governor Peng Jinhui said in his speech that as the central government announced the construction of a free trade pilot zone and a free trade port with Chinese characteristics on the Hainan Island, today's Hainan promotes all-inclusive, multilevel and wide areas opening up to the external peace, on the island of Hainan there is not only a first-class ecology, but also unlimited opportunities for business, we sincerely invite all to actively participate in the construction free trade zone in Hainan and a specific port of free trade in China, share development opportunities, share a comprehensive deepening of the reforms in Hainan and create brilliant careers.
Cai Shuangfei, representative of the Australian Chamber of Commerce in Hainan, said at the meeting that Australian entrepreneurs will be more active in building the Hainan Free Trade Zone and a free trade port with Chinese characteristics.
On the day of the event, Hainan and Australia signed five agreements on
cooperation related to tourism, technology, culture and education. Cooperation
includes the expansion of sales of Coty Aiwei Australia products in the Chinese
market, the export of Hainan Chunguang Food Co., Ltd. food products. to
Australia, cooperation with the tourism business of China and Australia and the
provision of legal services.
