Exhibition of Traditional Chinese Painting and Calligraphy in Haikou, Hainan, China

In the exhibition hall on the first floor of the Hainan Island Provincial Library in Haikou, an exhibition of painting and calligraphy Shuishuitan Zhumen Jinshi was opened, which features more than 60 works of the calligrapher Zhu Ming, as well as other Chinese paintings, calligraphy, engraving and other forms of art. The design of the exhibition fully reflects the characteristics of calligraphy and engraving and allows people to truly feel the charm of Chinese culture.

Traditional Chinese painting and calligraphy in this exhibition emphasizes poetry, books, and printing. Although the print is small, it combines the beauty of calligraphy, the beauty painting and beauty that unites the aesthetic taste of Chinese writers.

All past pictures and drawings attach great importance to the use of printing: Huang Binhong, Qi Baishi and Fu Baoshi are self-sufficient, and pictures, words and prints are coordinated and selected. The Hainan Provincial Library held this exhibition to promote traditional Chinese culture and allow people to feel the fascination of Chinese classical culture from poetry, books, paintings and impressions, as well as enrich the cultural life of the city.
