The first Il-76 aircraft of the
Russian airline Volga-Dnepr flew to Moscow, Russia with 23 tons of children's
and sports goods, textiles and shoes.
Volga-Dnepr's cargo flight is reportedly operated under an
agreement with the airline, which should secure a transport order for Moscow
businesses worth around $150 million in 2022. This was announced by Deputy Mayor
of Moscow Maxim Liksutov - by the end of 2022, Volga-Dnepr aircraft are expected
to deliver about 20,000 tons of important cargo to Moscow.
Import of goods by cargo flights of Volga-Dnepr airline to
Moscow will be carried out from China, India, Turkey, UAE, Azerbaijan, Pakistan,
Vietnam.
