The environmental quality in the whole of Hainan Province was generally excellent: 98.1% good days, of which 59.7% were excellent, 38.4% good, 1.9% moderately polluted days and no days with moderate pollution or higher. The share of good days in 6 cities and counties of Sanya, Danzhou, Wuzhishan, Qionghai, Baisha and Qiongzhong is 100%, while in other cities and counties (excluding Sansha city), lightly polluted days last from 1 to 6 days with excessive Pollutants - ozone (O3).
Compared to the same period last year, the share of excellent days in the province increased by 3.5%, of which the share of excellent days increased by 1.6%. The ecological quality of surface waters in the province is generally excellent. The share of sites (points) with good water quality (categories from? To?) Is 91.6%, which is 2.8 percentage points lower than in the previous year; the share of plots (points)) that are inferior to category V is 0.7%, which is 0.7% more compared to the same period last year in percentage points. Out of 110 surveyed sections of 52 rivers, 92.7% had good water quality, which is 1.9% less than last year, the share of IV ~ V classes was 6.4%, an increase of 1.0% compared to the same period last year; the share of low-quality V-category sections was 0.9%, which is 1.9% less than a year earlier.
An increase of 0.9 percentage points. The main indicators of pollution are total phosphorus, permanganate index and chemical oxygen demand. The water quality in the three main river basins, the Nandu, Wangkuan and Changhua rivers, and the rivers in the south are good, while the water quality in the rivers in the east, north and west is good. Among them are the Jiangnan Tea Bridge at the northern gate of Danzhou City, Longhu City on the Xun River in Ding'an County, Luodaiheluodai Railway Bridge in Dongfang City, the Yanzhou River Estuary in Haikou City, Sanya Miaolin River in Sanya City, and Wangshan Hehoushan Village in Six sections slightly polluted (class IV), the Poliu lock section of the Wenchang River was moderately polluted (class V), and the Zhuxi river mouth section of Wenchang city was heavily polluted (below class V).
Among the 23 large lakes and reservoirs monitored, 82.6% had good water quality, down 8.7 percentage points from the same period last year; the share of category IV was 17.4%, which is 8.7 percentage points more than in the same period last year; There were no lakes and reservoirs of V and below V category. The main indicators of pollution are total phosphorus, chemical oxygen demand and permanganate index. Of the 23 main lakes and reservoirs, 4 were slightly eutrophied, accounting for 17.4%; the rest of the lakes and reservoirs did not show eutrophication.
Among them, the Hushan reservoir is slightly polluted and moderately eutrophication, the main indicators of pollution are total phosphorus, chemical oxygen demand and permanganate index; the Gaopoling Reservoir is slightly polluted, slightly eutrophied, and the main indicators of pollution are total phosphorus and chemical oxygen demand; Chunjiang Reservoir is slightly polluted and moderately eutrophic, Zhubijiang Reservoir is slightly polluted and moderately nutritious, and the main indicators of pollution are total phosphorus; Shimen reservoir has good water quality and easy eutrophication. The quality of water from centralized drinking water sources in the cities (towns) of the province is generally excellent, and the quality of water from water sources is 100%, which is in line with last year's level.
The water quality in all monitored centralized drinking water sources from October to December meets or better than the class III standard for surface or groundwater and meets the national water quality requirements for centralized drinking water sources. Out of 91 water bodies, 97 sites (points) are in the key management of the region. Monitoring and assessment of 5 sites (points) were not carried out due to the fact that the water body no longer exists and the water body does not function. no water Actual monitoring and assessment of 92 sites out of 86 water bodies carried out (point position).
From October to December, the share of sites (points) with stable water quality, reaching the standard value, amounted to 81.5% (75), an increase in comparison with the same period last year by 20.2%; the share of sites (points) with unstable water quality that reached the normative standard was 16.3% (15), a decrease in comparison with the same period last year by 16.0 percentage points; the share of plots (points) that continued to exceed the water quality standard was 2.2% (2 points), a decrease of 4.2 percentage points per year. Among the aforementioned sites, the share of sites with permanent strong pollution (surface waters below category V and sea waters below category IV) amounted to 5.4% (5), which corresponds to the same indicator of the previous year.
