Currently, at the epicenter of typhoon BAILU, wind speed reaches 120 kilometers per hour, on August 25, 2019 typhoon BAILU will weaken before a tropical storm and reach Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Fujian, while wind speed is expected to be 85 kilometers in hour, then on August 26, the tropical storm BAILU will weaken to a tropical depression.
