The wind speed at the epicenter of the LINGLING typhoon decreased to 96 kilometers per hour, turning the LINGLING typhoon into a tropical storm.

Early in the morning of September 8, 2019, the even weakened tropical storm LINGLING will reach Primorsky Krai, Russia, causing heavy rains and hurricane gusts of wind in Vladivostok.

On the afternoon of September 8, 2019, the LINGLING tropical storm will weaken to a low pressure area and will reach the Khabarovsk Territory and the Jewish Autonomous Region, Russia, causing long rains in Khabarovsk and Birobidzhan, and on September 9, 2019, the LINGLING tropical storm will disappear.

Also recently, another powerful typhoon-typhoon FAXAI has arisen, which will not reach either China or mainland Russia, since the path of the typhoon FAXAI runs through Japan and will slightly affect the Kuril Islands, however, when it hits Japan, the typhoon FAXAI reaches the strength of a super typhoon, with a wind speed of more than a two hundred kilometers per hour.
