On May 11, the 331st press conference on the prevention and control of coronavirus was held in Beijing. The meeting pointed out that, according to the epidemic prevention and control situation in the city, in order to strengthen the complementarity and effective relationship between antigen detection and nucleic acid detection, further improve the "early detection" ability, reduce the risk of cross-contamination, and strive to achieve the maximum preventive and control effect at the lowest cost, taking into account the epidemic situation in the city, the leading group for preventive and control work organized testing for the antigen of a new coronavirus in the city for personnel in key areas and key industries.
1. Testing of personnel for antigen.
Including key regional personnel, key industry personnel and personnel responsible for risk management. Among these, personnel in key areas include personnel in closed and controlled areas and in control and monitoring areas.
Key industry personnel include express delivery employees, non-cold chain imported goods employees, farmers and wholesale market employees, food processing units such as food service, supermarkets, takeaways and other employees, hotels, hotel employees , taxi drivers (including online car calling), bus drivers, metro personnel, transport specialists, medical personnel, sanitation services, security specialists, market surveillance and other line personnel. The composition of the staff is adjusted in accordance with the development of the epidemic situation. Key-risk personnel include those who test positive in mixed nucleic acid tubes and high-risk personnel.
2. Frequency of testing for antigen to coronavirus
For personnel at key sites, nucleic acid tests will be performed once a day on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 7th and 10th days after quarantine, and antigen tests will be performed one once a day on the 5th and 6th days. For personnel in key industries during a local epidemic, in principle, an antigen test should be performed once a day at the currently established interval between nucleic acid tests.
Among them, the requirements for testing for nucleic acids and antigens for food delivery workers should be implemented in accordance with the prevention and control guidelines for food delivery personnel issued by the municipal department of commerce. For key-risk personnel, once mixed 1:5, 1:10, and 1:20 mixed tubes are positive, an antigen test should be performed concurrently with nucleic acid testing, once a day in between nucleic acid testing.
3.Specific antigen detection process.
Antigenic testing of personnel at key sites is carried out by district, and test systems are issued uniformly on the first day of closure and control, antigenic testing of personnel at key production sites is coordinated by the competent branch department.
In the event of a positive antigen test result, the community where the residents live shall immediately report this to the health and health and disease control committee, which will organize the test reports, and the competent department, which will organize the tests, immediately report to the health commission and disease control department.
It is necessary to clarify once again that the detection of nucleic acids is still the basis for diagnosing a new coronavirus infection. However, the antigen detection method is quick and simple. As a complementary screening method for certain populations, it enhances "early detection" capability, but it cannot replace nucleic acid testing.
